CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY: IF A CLASS/PROGRAM IS CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF ENROLLMENT, you will be notified and offered an alternative choice, if one is available. If no alternative is available, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. Kicks 4 Kids Soccer LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine classes, locations, or change instructors as needed. IF THE PARTICIPANT WISHES TO CANCEL ENROLLMENT OR FAILS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, the participant must notify Kicks 4 Kids Soccer before the first day of the program to receive a refund (A $10 admin fee will be charged for classes; league participants will be charged $25). After the first class, a 50% refund will be given or a credit towards next session.. After the 2nd class, no refunds will be issued. No credits or refunds will be issued after that period. Cancellations due to medical emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. JOINING A CLASS LATE IN THE SESSION MAY BE POSSIBLE, depending on the type of class and availability of space in the class. Class/league/camp fees however will not be prorated based on missed sessions.
